During periods when specific ghee brands or types are unavailable, we may switch to an alternative halal-certified ghee or oil that meets our quality standards. If you have dietary preferences or restrictions related to oil or ghee, please mention them under "Special Instructions" or via WhatsApp, and we will do our best to accommodate.

You do not need to order a day in advance. Lahori Kitchen is designed for same-day delivery, typically within about 60 minutes of your selected time window. For lunch and dinner, we recommend placing your order at least 60–90 minutes before you plan to eat—earlier during peak periods like Sunday lunch or public holidays—so we can prepare everything fresh and deliver as close as possible to your chosen slot.

Where building access and lift conditions allow, our riders aim to deliver directly to your doorstep for maximum convenience. In situations where access is restricted (for example, security policies, lift outages, or building rules), or if you prefer, the rider may meet you at the lobby, guardhouse, or a designated drop-off point. In some cases, yes. If a dish you want is shown as sold out, you may WhatsApp us with your request and preferred delivery time. Our kitchen will check ingredient availability and capacity. If we are able to prepare it, we will update the live stock on our website and reserve a portion for you, so you can complete your order online. Reservation is only confirmed once payment is received and your order confirmation is issued.

Our popular dishes often sell out daily due to high demand and fresh-to-order preparation. Restocking during normal operations may take time as we prepare in batches throughout the day. At all times, availability status is reported live on our site—you can order up to the maximum quantity available in our kitchen at that moment. You can also WhatsApp us to make special requests, allowing us to reserve items for you ahead of your order and ensure your favorites are ready when you need them.

To lock in rider delivery and kitchen preparation for high-demand or special dishes, we recommend requesting out-of-stock favourites by around noon for same-day dinners, and requesting special dishes by evening for next-day breakfast.
